The property is next door to an active building site. Google Street View images are from 2022 so not accurate. Drilling and hammering started at 7am every day and continued throughout the day. This meant we didn't have a relaxing stay. The kitchen tap leaks and the communal swimming pool is cleaned every 1-2 weeks with confusing signage about when it can be used. The pool is not heated so only usable on hot sunny days, but be prepared to remove leaves etc from it. All of this was communicated to the agency mid stay with no reply. Re the agency, Happy Rentals, please note you will have to pay tourist/resort tax and be heavily encouraged to pay for some sort of additional insurance post booking. The property does use key safes though so late night arrival/check-in is easy. Location wise it is 15 mins walk to the shop and restaurants (not an issue as we used Wolt for deliveries and Bolt for transport) and about 30 mins to the beach (we walked to the shop first and then got the bus down). I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

All in all the apartment was fine We had everything we needed The location was a bit off so going out for dinner or to the beach was about 20 mins to walk

The shower didn't have pressure at all. Worst shower I had seen in ages. You had to pay extra to use the air-conditioning.
