"I booked suite room 251 and unfortunately the air conditioning in the bedroom wasn’t working. This meant I didn’t get a good night’s sleep. There was a fan but no air conditioning. I mentioned this to reception in the morning and they assured me they were aware and that’s why there was a fan. However when I checked in reception hadn’t mentioned this issue. If they had I would have asked for a smaller room with working air conditioning. This wasn’t great service."
