Bedroom Configuration: Sleeps 14 guests (maximum 10 adults).
Bedroom and bathroom linen are included with your stay. Spare blankets are provided. Portacot and high chair available on request when booking.

Bedroom 1: Master: Queen Bed with ensuite bathroom (Toilet/Shower/Vanity), curtains, blinds, reverse cycle air con/heating, walk in robe and access to rear patio. (Sleeps 2) An adjoining sofa bedroom with TV and Reading Library. (Sleeps 2).
Bedroom 2: Triple Bunk Beds x 2 (Double on bottom and single on top) (Sleeps 6 - max 4 adults) with blinds, curtains and wardrobe.

iii. A bond is required for all stays, which is refunded after the property is checked and there are no damages.
