3 bedroom house light, airy and stylish house is located in one of Melbourne's most exciting inner city precincts. Full of colour, famous restaurants and cafes this suburb will deliver a great experience of Melbourne.

The location provides a great base for visiting other parts of Melbourne, being only 5 kms to the CBD, 3 kms to vibrant Fitzroy and 2 km to the iconic Carlton. Trams in either direction from the house will provide a real taste of Melbourne, taking you to the city as well as to famous St Kilda beach.

Located in a quiet safe street, the house is modern and comfortable. We have prepared it as we would like to have it ourselves.

Great place!
We were so happy with our stay here, the location was excellent with both a park at the end of the street and several great cafes within walking distance. The actual house was well equipped and very comfortable for everyone, down to the pillows not being flat pancakes!! Would absolutely recommend this place to families and small groups

14 Hutchinson Street, Brunswick East - Excellent
There were 4 adults and 4 children in our group and this property suited us ideally. The facilities and inclusions were excellent and the location, with shops and restaurants within an easy walk made for an enjoyable stay. The instructions provided by the host, Sue, were clear and concise and communication with her prior to arrival were great. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again.

Really fabulous location new cafes a big park and oval as well as supermarket. Lovely community. House was perfect. Really great that a cot and high chair could be provided as it made flying with our one year old a lot easier.

Quiet and relaxing
Brunswick is a bit further from Melbourne CBD than it seemed in the map. Easily accessible via tram on a normal day but with luggage this is a quite a long way to go. Beautiful neighborhood and spacious house. Not sure why the beds couldn't have been made up for us. We loved the espresso machine.

Had a great long weekend in Brunswick in this beautiful terrace. Great location, great courtyard and really appreciate our host Sue provided a portacot and high chair for our baby as we were travelling interstate. Would stay here again!!

Brilliant location close to restaurants and transport. Loved staying here and great sharing with friends as we had two bathrooms. A must for girls. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in East Brunswick.

We did enjoy our stay. Only thing was the day before we got contacted about oven not working. We did get reimbursed some money. The internet was from the dark ages, lots of buffering. Very hard with kids. Was meant to have been upgraded during our stay, but wasn’t. The owner was easy to deal with.

Perfect house for a real Melbourne Experience
Delightful stylish light filled little house in a fabulous location! Two adults and two teens were perfectly accommodated. Host was excellent with easy check in and access. Great compact and very well equipped kitchen, plenty of room for a family of four. Large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Very quiet (you can hear the birds singing!) Excellent access to trams allowed our teens to explore the cool area of Fitzroy, Brunswick, Carlton and easily get to the city. Loads of cafes and restaurants for eating out and home delivery. Fabulous coffee 30m away. We had a fabulous 4 night stay and will definitely stay here again.
