Jump on a train and you’ll be in the city (Flinders Street) in 4mins or take a peaceful stroll along the Yarra River and cross over the historically beautiful Morell Bridge and you’re at the entrance to the Royal Botanical Gardens. There’s shopping, bars, food (and then even more food) options along Swan Street, Church Street and Bridge Rd plus a strip of wonderful Asian food outlets for cheap and cheerful dumplings or Vietnamese Pho slightly further up along Victoria Street.
Near Richmond station, the area's manufacturing history can be observed in fabulous old factories, some still bearing vintage logos that have been converted into bright, expansive loft-style apartments. To the east of the suburb you’ll find some lovely leafy pockets of quiet, quaint streets.

The house is about a 500m walk from Richmond station. If driving, take the Burnley Street exit off the M1 Motorway after the tunnel.

Train - Richmond Station is about a 3 minute walk away. Flinders Street Station is one stop away.
Tram - Tram Stop #8 on Swan Street is serviced by the number 70 tram.

- Body corporate rules and restrictions apply. We are not responsible for any changes, building works or facility closures that are our out of our control.
- Guests must be 25+ unless they are the dependents of the booking holder.
- Unfortunately guest limits apply. This means no groups, parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors.
- No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That's what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property and no evidence of smoking waste remains.
- The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes and put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.
- Please put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that's the case please let us know. Additional waste or removal charges apply if we are charged by the cleaners and no one wants to pay for someone else's rubbish!
- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and silenced by midnight to avoid complaints.
- Should something require repairs or maintenance during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can assist with troubleshooting and tradespeople if required. We are here to help! Should a call out be required, we will arrange that with the appropriate tradesperson and yourself directly to minimise any inconvenience to you during your stay. Unfortunately if there are issues found to be operator error or damage caused by the user, the cost will be passed on as would be the case in any short stay / hotel accommodation.
- ID is required to place your booking with us.
- We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. - Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.
- Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.
-We love our pets too but our properties are pet free except for assistance animals unless otherwise advertised.
- Please leave the property as you found it :)
- Please turn off the AC when you go out.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture. We don't want you hurting yourselves.
- Lost property retrieval fee $45 plus postage.
And it goes without saying that no illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.
