"We really enjoyed our experience at Port d' Hiver. The staff were really nice. The entire facility was very well kept. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The only improvement I would suggest, based on staying at many other similar settings is the breakfast. They can definitely improve on better selection. Not only did my wife and I think so, but based on my conversations with other guests at the pool. However, we will be back again."

"Real plus to this property is it is in a gated community, but at the closest end to the beach. Most people in the community have a long walk or drive, not this property. You are right by the gate and the beach is right across the street. It is very large with many bedrooms to accommodate many people. Very roomy. Lots of space to lounge. Pool and patio area was great. The neighboring houses are a little close together. Keep in mind you use the right side of the beach as the left side is owned by private places, that get a little cranky if you encroach on their side, but plenty of beach space. Would stay there again. "
