"Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Friendly staff and a good buffet breakfast. Rooms are basic en suite but clean. A little bit utilitarian in appearance and no frills. The bed was comfortable and tea & coffee facilities are provided. Good parking onsite. I would definitely stay again when in the area."

Rooms are small but well appointed & good value for the price. The bed size was advertised as king but it was a double which is small for us. "One night stay. Nice room with separate entrance from main pub building. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Room is very close to the road and because the windows are old wooden ones which don't fit too well there is quite a bit of traffic noise. Didn't particularly bother me though. Would stay again."

"You're above a pub, but right in the city centre, for real cheap. It's highly convenient, clean bathrooms and bedding, but be warned, it's above a pub. Its a bit noisy until late, but that's expected. Can't complain really. We left some headphones and keys behind but they were very kind to ship them back for us! Would recommend if you're in for a couple of nights and just need a bed. Gud price"

Clean and fairly well appointed (fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washing machine, iron and board). No hairdryer as far as I can see. TV and Virgin box.
