"What a fantastic jewel of a find! Gareth & his staff were so welcoming. Our room was one of the smaller ones but spotless & all we needed for 2 nights, with a great fancy, modern en suite shower. Outside caterers on the Friday night provided fantastic food & the Wee Bear Cafe provides superb home made fayre during the day. Would definitely recommend this wonderful place to stay."

"We had a great stay with our dog, Dougal. The cottage was very comfortable had everything you need, garden was lovely and great for sitting out. The big field attached was great for quick walks with Dougal. The off road walks from the cottage were relaxing and everyone we met was very friendly. Alison met us on arrival and explained how everything worked. We would definitely book here again. Thank you Alison for a lovely stay. "

"Had a lovely weekend staying at Birnie Cottage. Aileen was great at giving information prior to our arrival and gave us a lovely welcome with scones, butter and jam. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The garden is beautiful and we were lucky enough to be able to sit out 2 evenings enjoying the sun and the garden. The cottage is in a peaceful location and had the benefit of woods behind it that we could walk our dogs. Although the garden is enclosed it isn't fully secure so we were careful with the dogs in the garden but they still enjoyed it. The cottage was a great base for exploring perthshire and Angus so we enjoyed great days out exploring."
