"The pool was closed and has been for some time as they are rebuilding it. This was not advertised when booking nor was it communicated to us afterwards. Bike hire and meals also need to be arranged the day before , again this wasn't communicated to us when booking or when speaking to the reception on the phone prior to arriving. It's a lovely village but I think it's not ok to advertise facilities that aren't available as this was a big reason why we chose it. I would definitely go again though...

"The Benagil Beach Bungalow was a perfect house and location for myself, husband and two young adult sons. The surroundings were lively at the start of the day and then quiet by night. It had a unique layout however functional and full of amenities. The back bedroom could use updated beds and bedding, although the overall home was comfortable. It was very convenient to restaurants, boating, swimming and hiking."
