"Located in a quiet area of Carvoeiro the property and grounds, pool etc are kept in good condition. Apartment was well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine etc and AC. All staff were friendly and very helpful. A hire car is useful but Carvoeiro is walkable, but the the return walk is uphill and very steep in places. Cars can be hired through the hotel and the rate we got was better than going direct to the bigger companies. We would definitely return here if we go back to this area....

"Great flat, everything in full working order, no oven or washing machine in the flat so if that's important probably avoid, also the area is not amazing, a bit dodgy looking - the restaurants we wanted to go to were closed between 2 and 6pm. "The condo was very neat and clean and had everything we could need. There was even a welcome gift that was much-appreciated to help us get settled. The complex was lovely and very well-maintained, and was within walking distance to local activities and incredible beaches and boardwalks. Our host was very friendly and accessible. "This rental is located in a what seems to be an old hotel. When you walk onto the property there is an abandoned pool to the right. The interior of the building is old and poorly lit. The aparetment we stayed in needs some love. While it was clean and got us through our stay i won't be recommending it to people i know. "Honestly when I read the reviews about this place after my husband booked, I was very sceptical. People said it was dirty, had cockroaches, no hot water. None of this was true. "This villa was comfortable for six people, at a very reasonable cost, and a great location, with a 5 min. walk to the beach and ten minutes from the old city.
