"Shower drain drained slowly maid missed a day, didn’t replace face clothes as required and thermostats was never fixed … overall it was good. Front desk staff were always helpful. Would stay here again"

"The staff was excellent. I was happy with my room. Bed was was a little extra firm but the pillows were good. 2 things though. It is one of those hotels where you have to put a card in a slot on the wall to get the lights on. So at night, when you take the card oht so the lights will go off, then the power outlets cut off too so you can't charge your phone. Lastly, the Wi-Fi is terrible. On my phone, l received better service on 5G than the wifi. And when I was on my laptop, I would lose my connection every 5 to 10 minutes. The TV is ciminally small. The screen on my laptop is bigger. It is 2026. TVs are as cheap as ever. No excuse to have a TV to where yoh need binoculars to view it. "

"Air conditioning didn’t work, and there was absolutely zero wiggle room on early or late check out. Room was clean but minimal. "

"No support for towels or towel drying device since there is no regular towel change, no place to put the toiletries inside the shower, a lot of garbage accumulation some days since the cleaning is not very regular."
