Great hotel, friendly staff

Pure White was a great hotel to stay in. Reception staff were friendly and helpful with signposting us to various parts to see in the city. Hotel itself is a walk out of the city centre and that meant it was very quiet at night which was great. I would definitely stay here again

Great find.

What a good hotel. I was somewhat frustrated at the pushiness for online check-in, despite the website having poor functionality. That said, the location, rooms and breakfast were excellent. The sofa bed was really comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I stayed for 8 days with my daughter. This was affordable. The front desk personnel were wonderfully helpful not only for the hotel but for moving around the city itself. The staff were fluent in several languages. They were proud of their city and its easy ways to move around it.The room was beautiful and spotless. Stairs coming into and out of the building were steep. With luggage and at age 71, it would have been difficult if it were not for the helpful guests that assisted me. My only complaint was that the clear glass shower with mirror faced the bed offering "no cover." Not a pretty sight.

Wonderful

We had an excellent experience. The front desk staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is not far from public transit, and there are several small stores, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in the area. We would very happily stay here again.

Great small and sleek hotel

Beautiful, sleek and clean hotel. Very friendly staff. We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. Especially the inner years top floor room with great views got our hearts and we enjoyed the room very much. The only small minus would maybe be the bed that made some noices. There are also many restaurants around the hotel and also a supermarket that you could buy something to store in the fridge in the room. We would definitely stay in this hotel again. We don't test the breakfast this time.

David was great with suggestions and explaining options for transportation and parking. He offered suggestions on apps that made navigating Prague more efficient. We had an excellent and enjoyable stay. Would gladly choose this property again.

Not far from the city center. About 20 min. The nearest tram, bus or metro station is around 5 or minutes away. Very clean. Reception isn't open non stop.
