I found the check-in a little confusing, but got it figured out with Eusebio’s help on the phone. We stayed during a heat wave, and there is no air conditioning. "I arrived at 8pm to find out there was a problem with my room's door lock and the door wouldn't close. I was ready to start trawling hotels for a last minute room but the lovely lady who acts as agent for the owner, pointed out to the owner that the main house, which sits in the same plot, was available for a couple of days, and so they gave me a large family house for a couple of days. I stay in Waterlooville regularly for business and will definitely stay again. "

"Property was fantastic location to easily access Southampton and was better equipped than expected.. Really nice touches of the teas /coffee in each room etc, with lovely decor, clean tidy wand welcoming. Only think that would have made it even better is a little milk given their is a full kitchen. We did bring milk along but arriving later and not knowing thr area wasn't sure where to get some additional from. Would definitely look up this property to stay In Southampton again"

"Filthy kitchen, filthy fridge, smelly microwave. You could not use any of the crockery unless you washed it first. The crockery was put back in the cupboards unwashed. There was no hot water. The kitchen cupboards had sticky handles and I felt simply unclean being there. I booked 6 nights but left in the morning after the first night. I’ve seen reviews of this place a year old echoing my comments so the owner takes no notice of reviews. Beware. "
