"It was dirty in the bathrooms. There was hair all over the place like no one‘s cleaned the bathroom. It had bedbug smashing. You could tell that they had bedbugs at one point in time and it just felt like they were just crawling all over the place carpet was nasty. TVs didn’t work. It was just nasty altogether trash piled up everywhere."

"It's a nice hotel. Everyone is friendly and kind. We have stayed here before and will probally stay here again on our next trip to Batavia. We were very pleased with everything about the room and hotel."
