Next morning told the lady at front desk and she said she would make a note on it. When we came back late afternoon it still wasn't working right. Told a male clerk at the desk and when we came back that night we had a comfortable room."

However, the signage to get to the theatre using the Skywalk was unclear at best, actually there was little to no signage on how to get to the theatre. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful."
