"We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything. Both we and our children really enjoyed our time here.The house is beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. It is has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We also really enjoyed spending time in the garden, on the terrace and by the pool. The view is absolutely stunning.The location is perfect: very peaceful and quiet, but at the same time it doesn’t take long to get to nearby towns, restaurants and shops. It is also a great starting point for day trips and exploring Tuscany.Francesca was a fantastic host – very friendly, welcoming and easy-going. On our first evening, she invited us for dinner, where we enjoyed delicious traditional Tuscan food and tasted the wine she produces herself. It was such a lovely and special way to start our holiday.Francesca also gave us lots of great recommendations, for example for an ice cream shop, a bakery and places to visit such as Pietrasanta. Whenever we had a question or needed any help, she was always available and helped us immediately.We had a fantastic time and felt very welcome throughout our stay. We can definitely recommend this place, especially for families, and we are sure we will come back!Thank you, Francesca, for making our holiday so special!"

"Eine tolle Unterkunft für alle, die den echten, authentischen toskanischen Stil lieben. Das Haus ist mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und versprüht in jedem Raum seinen ganz besonderen Charme. Der Garten gleicht einem verwunschenen Park, sehr groß mit viel Bewuchs. Überall gibt es ruhige, schattige Plätze zum Entspannen, Lesen oder Frühstücken. Für Kinder bieten sich zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Spielen: In einer Ecke des Gartens gibt es einen Basketballkorb mit kleinem Spielfeld, außerdem einen Tischkicker und eine Tischtennisplatte. Das alles ist so gelegen, dass gespielt werden kann, ohne andere Gäste zu stören.Direkt vor dem Ausgang zum Garten steht ein großer Zitronenbaum. Von dessen Zitronen haben wir einige geerntet und setzen damit nun, nach dem Rezept unserer Gastgeber, unseren eigenen Limoncello an. Allein diese Erinnerung wird uns noch lange begleiten.Unsere Gastgeber waren jederzeit ansprechbar, super freundlich und dabei überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Man merkt sofort, dass sie mit Herz bei der Sache sind. Wirklich zwei sehr nette, aufmerksame Menschen.Zum schönen öffentlichen Strand sind es nur etwa sieben Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch für Ausflüge in die Toskana ist die Unterkunft ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt.Falls man es bis hierher noch nicht gemerkt hat: Wir waren begeistert. Es war einer der schönsten Urlaube der letzten Jahre, und wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen."

"A VERY comfortable home. Very nice renovation, with solid, new windows with every convenience, such as bug screens, to allow that fresh Versilia air to flow through the house. Location, for us, was spot on. And the owners were a breeze to work with. FIVE stars from all of us who stayed there! Grazie Luca e Giada."
