"The food areas should be cleaned while people are eating, since a lot of spilled food on the floor could create a hazard.
Good service-new hotel; overall very nice, with caring staff.
Controls for air conditioning and heating were hard to work in the room.
In the disabled room, the shampoo and the other bottles of liquids in the shower are set too high to reach, as are most of the towels. The shower is very good, but there should be a warning about how hot the water is, (also for the sink).

"Price was affordable. Staff was friendly and helpful, the entire hotel was clean and inviting. The outdoor space was great for relaxing around the firepit and perfect to walk the dog. The pool was clean and warm, breakfast was fresh and the 24 hour tea, hot cocoa and coffee were convenient and made me feel like a VIP. Kids liked the pool table and games. We choose Tru because we know we will have an enjoyable, pet-friendly stay every time! Thank you!"
