"We checked in at one in the morning after a flight from Mexico. Staff or friendly, however the bedsheets were dirty. They obviously had not been changed and housekeeping simply put the cover over the top. There was a large stain and hairs in the beds. We should have been refunded for the night, we ended up with a 30% discount. I certainly wouldn’t stay there again."
