"It was surprising to return back to our room that Friday evening, and find our room still cleaned and dirty towels still on the floor. I guess in the very fine print it states that they don’t clean the rooms daily. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and polite, some areas for improvement, but because they were so nice we could disregard the other things that were a little discombobulated."

"When we checked into the hotel, we noticed that one of the two elevators was out of service, and this wasn’t mentioned at check-in. At the time, it seemed like a minor inconvenience, and we were otherwise enjoying our stay. However, when we returned later, we discovered that the second elevator was also not working—leaving the hotel with no functioning elevators at all. This created a difficult situation for my children and me, as we were tired and had to carry our luggage up to the fourth floor. This experience was frustrating and could have been handled better with clear communication and a contingency plan for guests. While we appreciated other aspects of the stay, this issue significantly impacted our overall experience."

"Clean place! Finding the door the first day was a slight challenge but once we were in, it was awesome. Good small kitchen, easy to cook in and a cozy place to stay. The shower has awesome water pressure and has inspired future renovation choices for us at home. The bed is pretty soft, the TV was already logged into streaming services, and the host took really good care of us by leaving a few goodies in the room and being communicative in messages. The only drawback to this place is there are no windows in the main room, but it was a perfect little weekend hideaway in what seems to be a really safe neighborhood. Overall, this is a place I would highly recommend!"
