"INCREDIBLE SERVICE! We recently held a company meeting here, and I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was. From the start, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us — always with a smile, no matter how many requests we had! The rooms were immaculately clean, honestly comparable to a 4-star hotel. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious hot breakfast, and every interaction with the team was marked by kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The price point is well below what it should be for the level of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail they provide. I’m so glad I convinced the other three attendees from out of town to stay here as well — they were equally impressed. If I ever find myself in Upstate New York again, this will absolutely be where I stay. Highly, highly recommend!"

"The bed was very comfortable. Since the hotel was recently renovated, the room and bathroom were fresh and quite clean. The manager arranged a shuttle to the airport for us on a Sunday. I would stay there again."

"breakfast was not good. said it was a full breakfast, wasnt even a continental. Out of a lot of stuff including coffee cups. Reception had no one there. He wad running the shuttle to the airport. Shower Water was cold in room. Found bugs there. Lobby and hallway was dirty. I think i deserve at least a partial refund. Very musty smelling "
