"Did not receive the room type that was in the reservation. When I went back to the front desk I was told there was nothing they could do except leave a note for a manager. Nothing was communicated to me about this at checkout either. "
"Staff were very friendly, helpful, and on-top of everything. fresh baked cookies adds a nice personal touch. Hotel itself is standard, well kept, and clean. Ample parking, and within walking distance of a couple restaurants and a walmart, having a car here is best. A bit pricy for a rual small town, but not expensive. "

"It was a rustic cabin, it had power, microwave, a good size fridge. Easy to get to, could park right out front. Had use of our own port-a-potty. Walking distance to the creek. Kids loved playing it in. Dog friendly. Owner was very friendly. We happen to come during out of normal hot temps… but at night still very comfortable. WiFi is only at the main house and had bring being our own bedding, that was unclear on this site… but on the main website it’s much more clear. Thanks again! If I ever...

"We were in the area for a ski trip which was a last minute addition, so accomodations were scarse. The Motel had rooms at a reasonable price. We had fairly low expectations. Everything was fine. A few things could be improved: 1. Need better curtains for the window that faces out front due to a very bright porch lamp.
2. Need a curtain for the bathroom window. We had to place a folder to block the view!
3. It was very hot in the room! Good for this winter weather if course, but was hard to...
"My stay was so peaceful and relaxing! The room was very clean and comfortable.the area is quiet and other guests seemed quiet and relaxed too. All of the staff at the Inn and restaurant were friendly and responsive. The meals were incredible!! Perfect location for hiking in PA and WV!"
