"It’s in a great location. The manager during check in was great. The line was backed up, and he recognized that and apologized for the line and offered wine to help the mood as most people were there for a concert. The front desk staff could have been more energetic but they were still very cordial. Our room was very clean and the AC worked. The only complaint of the room was that the bathroom was dated. The hot water was so so the morning of check out. The other elevators must be fixed. Two operating elevators in a hotel that size is unacceptable. Other small improvements include ceiling tiles that need replaced. Overall, it was a place to sleep but not a place to stay. A little TLC could help improve the property move to a place people want to come back to. "

"Don’t call room services…. They are rude and said.. I had to go down and pick it up. You think 400.00 dollars a night a person would deliver room service to your room. Horrible experience"

"Staff was very nice and accommodating . One of the elevators was out of service . A recommendation would be to add more amenities, ie. Small gift shop/ market that sells drinks, toiletries etc ."

"This hotel has awful customer service. We booked this hotel for a concert that was happening in Columbus since we were not from here. When we arrived at check in time, 4pm, we were told that our room was not ready and that they would call us when it was. When we tried to check in on the status an hour later at 5pm we were told that the room would not be ready until after we would need to leave for the concert. When I called the next day about the situation the lady on the phone was extremely rude and kept questioning me about how many times I tried to check in, and told me that sometimes rooms just aren’t ready until 5 even though check in is listed at 4, as if it were my fault for the room not being ready. They never apologized or took accountability for a clear mistake on their behalf. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who is traveling in for an event because MANY rooms were not ready until well after 5pm. Save yourself the trouble and book any other hotel in the area."

"They overbooked so we never got to stay there. They dropped our reservation. We drove 2.5 hours, got there to check in and they “couldn’t” find our reservation. I had an email from 3 days before saying our reservation was good to go and the check-in time. They didn’t help us find a new hotel or offer to reimburse us. The city was all overbooked due to a concert in the city so we had to drive 25 minutes away to find another hotel. Horrible that they do this to people. "
