"This hotel was good for what we needed it for, which was a place to stay on a road trip. We got the executive cottage room, which was very spacious and having that massager was nice after being in a car for 9 hours. It was also kind of nice to be separate from the main hotel, as it was nice and quiet. There were decent options for breakfast. The coffee was made very well. The bed was neither too hard or too soft.
We did have some issues with the TV, the picture would glitch on some of the channels and the remote glitched at times as well. We talked to the young man working that evening about it, and he gave us another remote, but said since he was the only worker he couldn't come over to the room to help us with it. He showed us how, but even following his instructions, the new remote didn't do what it was supposed to either. I also don't know if he wasn't aware of the equipment in the rooms, because he said to unplug the box to reset the TV, but there wasn't a box, just a cable screwed into the back of the TV.
Again, it was a good place for what we needed, but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay multiple days."
"The guy running the front desk at the time of my check in was probably the most helpful and efficient hotel employee I've ever met, and we travel a decent amount. Check in was extremely quick, with polite conversation. And later when we needed some extra bedding, he all but ran to get it for me ASAP.
Hotel room was clean, AC worked well and noise wasn't a problem even though we were right by the pool area. Breakfast was ok, it was a bit crowded and not the most options ever, but also far from the worst. We were also there at the tail end of it so maybe that made a difference.
Pool was decent, if not a bit crowded that night, but they had some toys for the kids in there which is always a nice touch. Hot tub was less than ideal. The first night, the jets would not work as the knob on the timer appeared to have broken off. The next morning when we went to swim, the jets were running but the tub wasn't hot at all like the night before. Maybe it just gets shut off at night and hadn't warmed up yet? Either way, that was kind of a bust.
Overall, for the price and what you get, I would not hesitate to stay there again if we find ourselves in the area!"

"We had a very quiet stay. We arrived after driving through some rough weather. We were exhausted from the storm.
We found the bartender to make great drinks and we were very impressed in the little lobby bar.
It was nice also to have food at the hotel plus a great restaurant next door."
"As a travel ball parent for basketball & baseball, we have stayed in our share of hotel rooms. This hotel blows EVERYONE out of the water. The location is perfect, its close to stores if you forgot something as well as tons of different restaurants. The staff was so friendly & accommodating. The breakfast was amazing both mornings & the access to water/ice to fill up with cup/bottles is awesome too. We brought our dog (which we dont normally do) and they had a great area our back for him! We will be back!!"
