"Great place to stay!"

"Overall the hotel was fine room was clean staff was very friendly the complimentary breakfast was very good and i know its not their fault but the hottub was broken was really looking forward to that after long drive and after walking the zoo in omaha all day and the pool was super small the TV in the room was going out had a terrible purple haze to it really bad. But overall good hotel"

"This is the 5th time staying at this hotel. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room size is larger than most hotels. I noticed this visit the vacuuming needed more attention in the hallway and inside; especially inbetween the bed and side tables . I would like to see more than 1 op"

"When I travel to Omaha/Council Bluffs in the future, I'll avoid this hotel. The main issue was the beds were on metal panels that sound like you were sleeping on timpani drums. The owners/staff were very friendly but the beds were awful to sleep on. Outdated amenities are fine, and they tried to keep things clean, but I've never seen beds like these in my 60 years."

"Clean !"

"Tv Would not pull up"

"The clerk who checked us in was very friendly. Evening reception with 2 free drinks? Yes please! The room had a separate living room/sitting area. The room was huge! Breakfast the next morning is the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Embassy Suites has now spoiled me. I will look for them wherever we travel!"

"Really unique, old school vibe with beautiful rooms and great location."

"Clean, friendly, and inviting. We asked to check out 50 minutes after our check out time and they were quick to say…… yes no problem."
