"The Artisan Flatts was very clean and quiet. My only concern is the bathrooms shower floor is very slippery. I nearly fell. There should be a grab bar and a shelf for guest personal bath items. The bathrooms lack towels rack.I did like the location and places to eat wete very close by.I would recommend the Artisan Flatts "

"Loved everything about this property! It is an updated older home with spacious bedrooms, comfortable mattresses, the BEST pillows, and a lovely bathroom with a large shower. The outdoor spaces are really nice too! We stayed here for UAB freshman orientation and it was a quick drive to the school. Definitely will try to stay here again when we come for visits"

"It was lovely, very airy and light filled living room. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Quiet in spite of being in large city apartment complex. Near breakfast pancake house. Mediterranean restaurant across the street is the BEST, using family farm to table. Communication with manager great! Apartment dwellers were friendly in the lobby and gave great advice. Parking on the street worked for us. Would come back! "

"I was a little nervous, because this property didn't have any reviews yet, but I decided to take a chance. Great location, close to everything. Plenty of restaurants and small shops within walking distance. They had all the essential, and the bed was comfy. We didn't have any issues finding street parking. We a a small issue, and owner responded very quickly, and it was resolved. The gym was great. Just an FYI, there were no wipes or sprays to wipe down equipment, so I recommend bringing your...
