"We arrived earlier than planned and asked to check in early. We needed to work but no rooms were available. Kiki, the front desk manager was very communicative and helpful. She was friendly and did her best to accommodate us. We were able to check in a little earlier and got an upgraded room. The only thing we weren’t prepared for was the 25.00 parking fee. Otherwise, everything was great!"

"The location of the property is ideal for those who want to park and take amtrak to a destination because it is only one block away. Also I had special dietary needs because of a medical procedure, I was in town for. and the staff graciously offered to put a microwave in my room during my stay. The level of professionalism end customer service. Was impeccable-I highly recommend. "
