"I really enjoyed my stay at Lake Duluti! It was peacefully and tranquil which is what I was looking for. The property is amazing with lots of trees, plants and animals. Having my own chalet gave me a lot of privacy and made it easy to have restful nights. The staff were helpful and made my stay comfortable and fun. They would have my chalet preped for sleeping when I was having dinner. I would stay at Lake Duluti again if coming back to Arusha. "

"It was a really good stay! They have a three bed room and it was so convenient. The view from the lodge reception is incredible that we were hardly in our room. All the staff were really welcoming and we made friends with them all, making the stay so much better!"

"Yes there is a bumpy 15 minute ride from the main road but the pay off is a tranquil environment to relax at Kili Villa. Our room had a lovely outlook to the gardens where local fauna and birds did their thing. The staff were welcoming and courteous, and the food was delicious. Perhaps the experience could have been improved with better communication about food and drink options when we arrived (with an explanation card). There are no other options for F&B in the area (aside from the golf club)...

"Sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtete Unterkunft, die ganz anders ist, als man es erwartet. Leider ist die Lage der Unterkunft nicht so gut, da es recht lange dauert bis man dort ankommt und je nachdem wohin man muss auch den gleichen Weg zurück wieder sehr lange braucht. "I don’t normally leave positive reviews, but Diddas Villa absolutely deserves one. This place is perfect—from the peaceful location to the beautiful layout, everything exceeded my expectations. What really made the difference, though, was the staff. They are hands down some of the friendliest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and went above and beyond throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, Diddas Villa is it. I can’t recommend it enough. "

"Amazing property, great customer service, awesome calming river behind our back door, delicious food (sooo good), and a pool with monkey's swinging around in the trees above. I liked that they don't have tv, I was able to rejuvenate and get work done in a serene environment. Highly recommended!"

"Peaceful spot just outside Arusha, with lots of monkeys hanging around outside to watch as you chill with a drink. The pool was lovely and the whole place has a premium feel with great service. Would definitely come back - this was the perfect start to my safari hol as a solo 30yo female traveller :)"

Best View Ever

"The views of Mt Meru and the surrounding bush country were magnificent. The grounds include banana, papaya, mango, pineapple and avocado plants/trees, all of which enhance the experience. The staff were extremely attentive and polite. All speak English. We loved the food so much my wife wanted to bring the chef home (joking of course, but high praise). The lodge staff were trained as part of a program to provide a good livelihood to local residents who otherwise would have limited opportunities. While the lodge is remote (not in Arusha city), it is close to Arusha National Park, and lodge staff will provide driving tours (for extra cost), which is well worth it."
