"Mainly disliked the stiffness of the staff especially at the reception desk. Also forcing people out to checkout at 10 AM where never seen in my life everywhere I been locally or internationally before 12 pm checkout."

"Good food great beds, great facilities all round excellent"

"I felt very safe at the hotel as security is tight. The buffet breakfast was superb. There was virtually every food on earth available for breakfast. All were tasty and delicious and in large quantities. It was a whole institution. And the dinner at the restaurant downstairs was equally very very good. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the air conditioner in our room had broken down and so never worked. This was brought to the attention of Florence,...

"Very nice hotel"

"I really like this stay there was definitely A1, I do wish they had other provisions and I would have stayed such as a microwave oven a mini refrigerator. A very good hotel I really did like it. However sleeping was difficult at night because of outside noise."

"Not a great place to stat, noisy, poor service and generally doesn't live up to the first impression. Windows didn't close, mosquitoes able to come in, slowest service know nine any hotel in Kenya! Staff oke us up to demand that we sign for a meal despite it being paid by card. You can do so much better for this price....Avoid!"

"Good location … easy walk into city center At first it Looks not safe… but it’s ok .. we tried to get back to the hotel area before sunset"

"I'll definitely go back"

"Hotel located just outside the airport zone. Typical for a Kenyan hotel, no frills, clean bed and bath, not so modern decor. I needed a place for a quick overnight before heading out again early in the morning. There are nicer, closer hotels to the airport but at 3x the price. Staff was attentive even though it was the middle of the night. Kitchen already closed but they offered to get me something from an outside restaurant. Would certainly use them again."

"Amazing room, comfortable, clean, roomy. Incredible staff. Service number one. Delicious breakfast with great variaty. Excellents amenities."
