"Lovely apartment in central location. Clean, comfortable beds. The only drawback is we had the attic apartment which has a (locked) door leading to the apartment below and from there you can hear every single conversion of the occupants and use of the kitchen. A part from that lovely place and affordable for Venice. "

"It’s a spacious one bedroom apartment for three of us. We stayed in the Master bedroom and our teen boy stayed in the comfort double soft bed located the living room. There is a good size kitchen and lounge areas. Strongly recommended to a family with 2 kids. "

"My party only stayed for 2 nights, so this apartment was adequate for our needs. There is only a/c in the bedroom and nowhere else, so we could not hang out in the living room. It was fine for us because we were pretty much gone all day. Beds were comfortable. Communication was challenging at times as we tried to arrange transportation to and from the airport, but all worked out in the end."

"Centrally located near everything. The unit was a 5-10 minutes walk away from all the major Venice sights. The room was clean but lots of noise from its central location. Dishe cleanliness was not the greatest but otherwise, very clean. It advertises with free wifi but there are none to be found in the unit which affected my confort rating. Lots of planning goes in those trips nowaday, requiring reliable internet connection. There's no front desk as it is located 5-10 minutes away!"

"Our family of 5 stayed 3 nights in this lovely, spacious apartment. We were met at the vaporetto stop and led the short distance to the apartment. The location could not be better and we were a short walk from everything you could want to see in Venice as well as a vaporetto stop to get everywhere else. The kitchen had everything needed to make dinner in plus a very convenient grocery store steps away. We were tired of eating out for every meal so ended up cooking for about half of our meals and...

"The location is ideal a few minutes from San Marco and the Accademia and close to a vaporetto stop with easy access to the airport. Martin was a most congenial host meeting us on the dock and responding quickly to questions. The decor is comfortable and luxurious. This is a true rental by owner rather than the more usual sterile apartments rented out by real estate companies. Minimal cooking options with a small refrigerator appropriate for breakfast but not much else."

"After staying in noisy apartments in Rome and Florence, this apartment in Venice was a sanctuary. Very cute And cozy apartment with a gorgeous little terrace. If you want to get the local vibe with access to all the tourist areas of Venice, then this is a great stay. We had access to amazing local restaurants off the main drag. I highly recommend to couples, couples traveling with other couples, and small families."

"For a family type facility the videos in the dining hall on the TV all day were very inappropriate for that space, especially for families and kids."

"The property is a few minutes walk from one of the main train stations. The area is quite busy and is alive 24/7. This is ideal for some people like myself. The location of the property made it very easy to get around."
