Lovely apartment at Rialto bridge

Ca' San Piero is located at 1 minute walk from Rialto bridge, one of most authentic areas in town, so it's right in the heart of the city. The house is very quiet, though, since it's located in a typical, inner courtyard.
 In the living area you can find a very comfortable sofa bed for two people, tv, games and books both for our younger and older guests.
The bedroom is composted by a king size bed and a big wardrobe, while the second room is up the stairs: it´s very quiet and composed by two single beds.
The kitchen is very well equipped, including the dish-washer and plenty of pots and pans. In the bathroom, you will find the shower and the washing machine.
The apartment offers all you need for a great stay: air conditioning, independent heating for the winter, wifi internet and a central location in a quiet typical little square.

The location of the accommodation is great. The accommodation it self was okay but nothing exceptional and not really clean . The technical equipment is a bit improvised, like the air conditioning hose is going to the washing basin. The location on the map is incorrect.

Great and quite place to stay, cant say anything bad! Modern, cozy and tidy. Close (10-15 min walk )to the all main attractions, Rialto bridge, San Merco sq, gondolas, pizza and ice cream shops. Love it !!!

Vacationing in Venice

The apartment was perfect for the three of us, perfect size & location. It was close to the markets, water taxi stop and an east walk to St. Marks piazza. Check in & communication was very easy and responsive! Grazie Venezia!

Great apartment in a great location

Great central location for all the things to do in Venice. Apartment was clean and spacious. Check-in was easy with great communication from the host, would definitely stay here again.

3 wonderfull days in Venice

This was our second time in Venice, and once again, we stayed in this apartment. The apartment is in a fantastic location (just a 5-10 minute walk from the Rialto Bridge) and is very quiet. We will come back again… there is still so much to discover in Venice.

Apartment in the Venice centrum

It was a great stay. Very nice and spacious apartment in the centre of Venice. It is just 2 minutes from Rialto bridge and 12 minutes to San-Marco. All facilities was in good condition, apartment is clean and well mainted, good internet connection.

Close to the Action

This apartment was in a quaint area that was close to the Rialto Bridge. Close to great restaurants and the best ice cream in Venice. Enjoyed our stay!

We had such an amazing time in Venice and this place was in a fantastic location. The property was very nice and comfortable. It was great having a kitchen. Check in process went great has the host assistant met us and went over everything with us. Would definitely stay here again

Good location and nicely updated

This place has a nice location and is nicely remodeled. However, it smelled like cigarettes, which could be a problem for sensitive people and the twin beds were awful. This place is really only comfortable for three.

Host and their contact person were very helpful. Had a great binder indicating how to find things, how boat system worked, maps,etc. The instructions for the washing machine need to be updated but we really loved having access to the washing machine and drying racks mid-way through our trip. Even had a welcome gift of local cookies for us.

Venice Vacation!

The property is just as listed and a great place to have your home base for Venice. Perfect location. Ms. Tania was great to meet us even though we got in really late and she helped us to our apartment. Highly recommend!
