"Negativity is unlike me, but this VRBO does not deserve much positive. To start, the Host (Anel) would only communicate in Spanish. We we had to use Google translate for all communication with her. Communication was a problem even before our arrival – trying to get the access codes for the bldg and unit, then Google maps shows it many blocks away from the actual location. Same with the taxi driver’s electronic navigation and we had to get him to call the Host in Spanish to get directions to the...
