"Good location, friendly staff , quite a bit of noise between rooms , i could hear what people were talking about in tenet room , instead of just taking a deposit they charged me the full amount , my first booking was Jan 7 to Feb 4 was charged the full amount after my reservation was made , i did not appreciate that "

The apartment lacks some basic amenities commonly found in a hotel room in the U.S. despite advertising that indicates the amenities are available. "This was a great spot in a nice neighborhood close to everything we wanted. We loved just being a block from the water and malecon. The apartment had everything we needed and was the perfect size. It was amazing to have a washer and drier as well. We were very happy with our stay and the host was so responsive and helpful."

"First, this is NOT a hotel. It's a small apartment building with not staff on site. Apartment was filthy. Don't look atop the headboard in the bedroom! Not sure what all the stains on the couch were. Don't open the cabinet above the sink, it'll fall on your head. Need to fill a pot with water? Turn on the faucet and then go for an hour long walk. The shower drain is so slow that you'll end up taking a bath. That's enough for now, it's bringing back bad memories...but i could go on. You've been...
