The high price is not worthy, doesn’t even include at least breakfast. Also the restaurant’s staff have bad attitude and took so long for food. (rooms smell bad)

Front desk personel was absolutely rude. My family and I arrived before 9 pm. We called to order food. And they stopped answering prior to 10 pm. NO wine or alcohol drinks and ir was my wedding anniversary. Really horrible treatment toward guests.

Worse hotel not worth coming here I only came here for playground and pool and was not working playground and the pool was black floor they say they was doing maintenance and blah blah was not a single chemical at the pool floor was like a never seen before black dirty don’t bring your here cause you will be disappointed is a hotel just to stay and sleep and leave. I won’t recommend it and I will never stay here again .

No atienden el teléfono

debido a los bloqueos de la carretera me fue imposible poder llegar al hotel pero nunca contestaron el teléfono para avisarles y cancelar la reserva me cobraron la cuota completa aún cuando no pude llegar.
