"We stayed in cottage #1 on the water. It was perfect for 4 friends. Plenty of room, nice outdoor seating, beautifully lit up outside. There was a large fire pit. We were next door to the Ferry. A fun free ride to Bemus Point. We didn’t have a boat but we enjoyed the dock. A short walk to a lovely ice cream shop, a convenience store,a produce stand, & a walking trail."

"Charming cottage with beautiful lake views. The owner was friendly and extremely accommodating. She made us feel VERY welcome! The space worked well for us, but just a note for families with small children who will be sleeping in the bunk room: the privacy screen does block off the area but it opens right into the living room, so won't do much for noise/light. Overall, we are very appreciative of your gracious hospitality! Thank you!"

"Loved staying in this rental. The inside is absolutely gorgeous and very updated! Rachel was excellent to communicate with and very helpful. "Our group stayed Friday night through Sunday morning. Our cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated. There are multiple cottages on the property with grills, picnic tables, a communal fire pit, as well as docks if you will be bringing a boat. Rachel was very prompt at answering any questions we had. We had a great time!"

"The home was clean and well stocked, though the tap water has a strong sulfur smell so bring some bottled water if that would bother you. There are squirrels making a home in the eaves and will chatter territorially while you sit on the deck, but they're cute.... noisy but cute. We had hoped to be somewhere near the lake, but the close by lake front areas were privately owned so there were no lake views nor lake access for walks along the shore. Kayaks were available but the canal was uninviting...
