"We can't say enough nice things about this house. My parents, brother and his kids, and my husband and I stayed here for a family reunion. It is a wonderful house. The photos do not do it justice. The house is nicely updated with all things necessary to make a great stay. The house is clean with plenty of room for a large family. The owners are very quick to respond to any problems that you might have. Our group has rented this home twice, and are looking forward to returning."

"Nice condo in a small develoment on the water, close proximity to Chautauqua Institution. Kitchen had nice supply of dishes, pots and pans, and a variety of spices and a few condiments which was very helpful. Beds were comfortable with decent bedding. Relatively clean. While there are beds to accommodate 8 people, the gathering spaces are really meant for 6 - there are 6 chairs for the dining table, 6 chairs for the patio furniture, and there is one couch and two arm chairs in the living room....

"Enjoyed our stay very much. House was great. Host left us some welcoming things, loved them. The only problems were the host didn't get in touch with us about check in procedure until 4pm the night before, web site says 3 days before check in. Also host left paper work for registration saying they would come get it. Never came."
