"Aziz at Valet and the bell service were top notch. Front desk made everything easy. The room was perfect, and very clean. We had a wonderful dinner on-site. Never been to Cleveland, but now we want to come back and stay with you again."

"Everything was great. The room was huge and clean. Just about everything we were doing was within walking distance. Star at the bar was amazing. The only minor complaint is that the water pressure seemed to be very low."

"Was a bit disappointed at how run down the rooms were . Was expecting things to be cleaner and more updated . Carpets in the hallways were very stained . Elevators were very dirty . Our room was not cleaned very well . Expected more from a Hilton hotel. Stained bedding , cabinets that hadn’t been cleaned in ages and glass that looked like it was wiped with a dirty cloth . The bathroom had mold in the grout and there was splatters all the walls that have never been wiped away . "
