"The rooms had a stylish, luxury boutique feel… well designed and tasteful without feeling stuffy. Everything was spotless from the lobby to the room. The food was excellent, easily one of the better hotel dining experiences I’ve had. Valet service was smooth and convenient, making check-in and check-out effortless. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a boutique hotel experience in Cleveland!"

"I really can’t say anything bad about this hotel. It was beautiful inside the room was huge. The view was great plenty of food pizza place and their own restaurant with desserts and great drink specials not far from a lot of things to see and also not far from the rock ‘n’ roll, Hall of Fame great trip."

"Frank at front desk was amazing-so was Matthew at the Noshery.Pool was nice but small and not warm in room or pool.no hottub.View was fantastic.room was perfect 32nd floor. Chicken sandwich from Eliots was delicious and fast.Needed a trash can by elevator.Trash was sitting on floor by hall and elevators 2tice during our 3 day stay.all in all we loved the hotel and the service.oh and great underground access to self parking"

"First impressions weren’t bad for this hotel but after reading a few reviews I was not expecting this hotel to be as nice as it is. Very convenient location to sports fans or Rock and Roll HOF visitors. Very nice, good size park close by for exercise. Just a really clean place with a great staff. Relatively quiet but it is downtown. 1/2 price of the properties nearby. The only negative thing I could say if I had to is parking is $15 a day but I had a guaranteed spot which is worth $15. Also I didn’t have to look for parking at Progressive field. It’s a 10 from me"
