"The elevator was very slow."

"Everything was pretty good, rooms clean, front desk lady was very nice. The reason im giving it 3 stars is because i called and specifically asked if the pool and hot tub were open and was told yes. We get there get ready to swim and guess what happens next? Hot tub closed no water in it. Not sure why I was lied to but most likely wont return because of it "

"Was a bit oudated, in that some fresh paint and minor upkeep could help the rooms seem a bit better. No soundproofing at all. You could hear everything and we stated at the same time that some inconsoderate guests did. Being loud, slamming doors, letting their kids run wild. Maybe they could invest in that somehow. To allow guests some peace from at least the hallways and connecting rooms. It was like everything was paper thin. Staff was extremely friendly, but might have been a bit overrun, trying to keep pool/hot tub area clean and stocked. Breakfast area seemed nice, but we didn't stay for breakfast. Overall very comfy and welcoming. I would return.."

"This property should not be open for public health reasons. Bathroom sink was extremely slow. The room was hot, so we turned AC on. It was sort of working, but I started to sneeze badly like I had allergy, either dust or mold, and had to turn it off. Hot night. False advertisement: Their swimming pool was closed. There were many room doors that they wrapped with plastic bubbles, so they were clearly not using."
