"I had issue with room as I was allotted a room was in 1st floor. The hallway in 1st floor seemed dirty and a bad smell. Anyway the room inside was okay but in the closet was very dirty and stuff like toilet plunger was kept there. We had to request the front office lady to change the room and she was after some challenge able to give us a fourth floor room. Her name I forgot but it could be Peggy so thanks to her. Then that new room bathroom toilet was also dirty and not cleaned properly. I have...
