"This was a great choice for the three adults and two kids staying in the area to be tourists at Milford sound and the glowworm caves. We really appreciated the kid-friendly furnishings, and the easy walk into town. The electric blankets on the beds were another big plus. Only downside is we would have enjoyed to have stayed for many more days. Absolutely amazing location in an amazing part of New Zealand."

"Aspen house is a stunning residence that allows you to soak in the magic of Aotearoa. We literally woke up to the long white cloud skimming across the lake! The house is so spacious and THE cleanest accommodation I've stayed in. Especially for such a large house. We're looking forward to visiting again! Thank you!"

"This was a perfect place to have my fathers 90th birthday with family. The Log house was very spacious for additional visiting family members, very warm and clean with a great outdoor area for the great grandchildren to play. The only negative part of our stay was that one of the bottom bedrooms double bed was not suitable for two people to sleep in and would benefit greatly with a mattress upgrade."

"Best views of the lake. All the amenities you could ask for even 3 vehicles to use which came in very handy. We had 15 of us and there was more then enough space. close to town by car. Excellent place to stay for a large group, definitely would book and stay again."

"Friends and family booked houses close together. All walking distance worked well to spend time together for catching up and organising. House itself had everything you need. It is comfortable and warmed up quickly. Great location for walks by the lake. Garage for car brilliant for rain & icy conditions. Great views. Worked really well for me and adult kids. Owners responded quickly to any questions before we arrived."

"I would advise that this not be advertised as a 3 bathroom house. There was one full bath, one room with toilet only, one room with bath and shower. We had 5 adults all trying to use one toilet. I would not have booked this unit had I known there were only 2 toilets. It was also cold- especially at night."

"We fall in love with this place as soon as we stepped in! Three very spacious on-suite rooms with amazing views of Lake Wakatipu, feels like three five star hotel rooms all in one house. Neighbours are very quite and friendly. It is also pretty close to the town center, there is a bus stop just outside, very convenient if you need to take bus. It's got a footpath thats leads directly to the lake. The only imperfect things would be slightly shortage of the comsumables as our stay was quite a few...

"The owners were fantastic to deal with, and very helpful. The property was a good size, and presented well, and they even supplied some nice toys for the kids to play with. We stayed in Winter, and the heating was lovely, and warmed the house well. I'd definitely stay here again."

We enjoyed the spacious apartment that came with bathroom and kitchen amenities, aircon, gas fireplace, room service and access to a washing machine and tumble drier. This lovely accommodation was great value for money, and highly recommendable. We stayed in the supersuite one bedroom. "
