Room 225 was clean. The room needs to be updated. The floors need to be replaced. The bed was lumpy. The fixtures need to be updated ASAP. The staff was nice and helpful.

Montreal Beach Resort
Clean room however the room location was the worst I have ever seen- opening to a staircase with light flowing in all night long. Room 302 - no go!

Everything was clean, the staff was great as always, the view is excellent even from the first floor, and the kitchen has just about everything you need. But the property is beginning to show its age and could use a quick and cheap refurbishing on things like furnishings for the doors/closets/etc. ...

Pros: Clean room, Comfortable bed, Central to open amenities in town during off season. Great communication via email with hotel staff. Cons: Check in delayed due to fire alarm testing. Not ocean view
