"This is a beautiful hotel in the best location. On the highstreet in Chipping Camden. Our room was lovely and spacious. But when we got to the room it had a large portable fan in it and the front desk person informed us that the room did not have A/C. I was so sure that when I booked the room it said it was one with A/C. When we were checking out, a staff member came to help us take our suitcases down to the lobby and when I queried the A/C or lack thereof, they said the room did have it. So...
"Stayed for the weekend for my wife's birthday. The Noel arms is a Lovely old coaching inn with many original features. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the only downside was that it was very hot and even the two fans that were provided were not enough to bring the temperature down to an acceptable level. We ate in the restaurant and the staff were extremely patient in helping my wife choose from the menu as she has a gluten intolerance so some items were not suitable but others...
"Dumbleton Hall has undergone a huge multi-million pound refurbishment, and it shows. The finish combines beautiful finishes, sumptuous fabrics and age-worn character features which have been tastefully restored.
The staff were all extremely polite and attentive, with the exception of one evening when we were left waiting to order drinks. The drinks were delivered and by way of an apology they were on the house.
