"Good points: Breakfast was a very good mix of cooked food, cereals, fruit, pastries etc with a decent coffee machine and juice. All help yourself. The swimming pool, while not large, was heated to a decent temperature and the same depth throughout…good for kids. It could have benefitted from having a few hotel-provided floatation devices and the showers turned off very quickly, but the shampoo and shower gel provided were also decent quality. Bad/improvement points: Booked a room with a sofa-bed...

"Overall: Good stay, but limited food options The breakfast here was really excellent — fresh, tasty, and plenty of choice. That was definitely the highlight of my stay. However, the lunch and dinner options are quite limited. The menu is mostly sandwiches, pizza, pasta, and steaks — not much variety at all. In my opinion, the food just isn't worth the price. On the plus side, the drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel."

"We have stayed here a couple of times , they go above and beyond to make it a pleasant stay, they also include an excellent breakfast plus another nice touch is the tipple in the room ,"

"I have stayed here a number of times but this stay was disappointing. I woke up to no water in my room which was not rectified before check out. I went to use the pool facilities instead and many of them were also out of order, including access to changing rooms. It was widely known that there were some water issues, but I was not offered to change rooms or compensated in any way."

"Good rooms and showers. The food we ordered"

"The room is very tidy and clean. I find the room seems newly renovated. It was a cold night and I have the heater on and the room warm up very fast. The room was quiet at night even it’s a Saturday night. Quite a different narrative to the receptionist warn me while check in. Probably my room is at far end and facing other side."

"Sauna and steam… about 8 unsupervised kids running in and out…staff don’t deal with this. The sauna and steam are way too small for the size of the hotel. Steam holds about 7 people. Inconsiderate guests lay across the sauna bench and steam when they can see people trying to come in and people have to go back out. Reception staff very pleasant but when taking the holding deposit they don’t tell you how much they’re taking, just swipe your card. Room adequate. Breakfast sausages were tough coffee...

"The dinner food sucks. The spa/pool is fantastic . Location in the middle of nowhere but convenient for business travellers"

"Clean room"

"We love this place, we have stayed a few times. Staff are lovely and friendly. Food is plentiful and hot. The only thing that ruined it this time were some other guests who thought it was ok to make as much noise from about 12.30 to 2am shouting, slamming doors and banging about in their rooms. There was absolutely no consideration for any of the other guests. They knew in the morning it was them but not one of them apologised for their behaviour. We will stay again but will only book the...
