"The young lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile which is rare now days. She was friendly and recommend a great place for me and my family to eat dinner. The room is small but clean- small ware and tare but nothing crazy. Very pleased for a short trip for my daughter’s gymnastics! "

At the time of check-in, I was informed at the last minute that the property was under renovation — no TV, no Wi-Fi, no breakfast, NO drinking water and unbelievably, not even basic toiletries! There was limited toilet paper, only two lamps were working, and there was a strong foul smell and constant noise outside the room, including dogs barking next door. To make things worse, I even spotted bugs on the bed. Absolutely horrible! My biggest question — why wasn’t...
