"Our stay at the Comfort Inn- Matthews was really good. The rooms were comfortable, if a little out-dated. The staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast, were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs to attend a wedding and Charlotte Checkers games, with easy parking, shopping, and ample restaurant choices within walking and short-driving distance. We will definitely stay again."

"We had a handicap accessible room and it met our needs. A few extra towels would have been nice. It was hot outside and we attended two soccer games and two tennis matches so extra clean up was desired. Breakfast was as expected. We would use this hotel again as we attend grandchildren soccer games and tennis matches, often."

"The room is very nice. The king bed on the other hand needs to be replaced. Springs poke you and the form no longer flat but a bowl. …. And the heat doesn’t work on the unit. So, we weren’t as warm as we wanted. We travel often for work and would still book here because of how clean it is and the staff being nice. Hopefully new mattresses will be onsite by then. Even a $400 hybrid bed in a box would be great. "
