"Excellent hotel. The only reason why we gave one less star for comfort was because, as visitors from Australia, we found the mattress to be very hard. It was the same at other hotels we stayed at in Japan. The hotel is within walking distance of the Matsuyama station or a short tram ride."

"Had a wonderful stay. I booked the premium room with queen bedin the central building, Room was big, very comfortable. Fairly well insulated for noise. Aircon worked well. The toilet was spacious and there was ample hot water with very good water pressure, blackout curtains could be better at blocking out sunlight in the mornings, but it wasn’t that big a problem for me, I would recommend a stay at this hotel.
