"The villa itself is stunning, lovely pool area and grounds and staff really great, friendly and helpful. The apartment we stayed in was okay - we knew it was in the basement of the villa, but it was very dark. We had booked it as it came with a kitchen and perhaps an oversight on our part but there was no oven, the fridge was tiny and a real lack of cooking utensils, it was very basic and meant we did not really cook while staying despite having wanted to. "We stayed for 1 night only and left very early in the morning. Our stay was very short, but for the purpose of our trip it was a great choice. The room was quite modern, equipped with all the necessary equipment and clean. Not sure how this would be for longer stays (we didn’t get to experience it in that way) but for a short stay we definitely recommend it. "

"This is a wonderful hotel. Mario at the fro t desk was so helpful with parking options, eating options and all things we needed to know. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There is no elevator for those who are seeking that option. There is a cozy garden to sit in and you are right outside the arch entering the Pisa tower plaza. Highly recommend s this hotel. "
