"We had a short but sweet stay at the Hay Loft. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to visit. The property was so peaceful and quiet, very clean and nicely decorated. I only wish we could've stayed longer. The icing on the cake was Tedder keeping us company. We had him up on the deck at night and he stayed right with us and let us give him some attention. Thanks again! "

"My husband and I had a very nice time at this location. We got our quiet in, it's in a very nice location, and what an experience in a yurt! The host was incredibly responsive. I would only take this experience in if I had no mobility issues, as the main bed is up some steep steps. We appreciated all of the heating and cooling needs the host has put in the yurt, as some we have seen and experienced have little of these accommodations. "We stayed at the lovely property so that we could attend a family reunion at Lost River State Park. The park was only about 7 miles from the house. The home was lovely. Clean and well maintained. We loved the front porch swing and my 12 year old son spent time on the swing off the front porch. We put on water shoes and explored the creek out back too! The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook with food we brought as there are not stores close by. We plan to stay again next year! I...
