"Perfect location for exploring Istrian towns - located close to highway exit, with restaurants and groceries nearby. Home is beautifully furnished and maintained with attention to detail. Pool and outdoor recreation area perfect for relaxing and outdoor grilling equipment top notch. Beds very comfortable, baths well appointed, kitchen new with lux appliances. With 3 bedrooms plus attached studio, would easily accommodate a larger group. Would definitely stay again"

"Die Villa ist absolut ruhig, sehr gepflegt und für vier Personen ausreichend groß. Der saubere private Pool bietet Abkühlung, ist jedoch zum Schwimmen etwas klein, was aber auf den Bildern bereits erkennbar ist. Die Stadt Porec und Einkaufmöglichkeiten liegen keine 10 Autominuten entfernt. Service war perfekt! Ein wirklich erholsamer Urlaub..."

"Vielen Dank an Adriana und Mladen!!! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen sogar mit Leckereien im Kühlschrank. Im Haus war komplett alles vorhanden und super sauber. Am Pool konnte man die Seele baumeln lassen und im großen Garten Federball spielen. Es war rundum perfekt :-) Viele Grüße Jessica"

"Für Familien die Ruhe und Natur genießen möchten top! Im großen und ganzen eigentlich sehr zu empfehlen ein 🌟 Abzug im EG fehlt sitzecke bzw couch mit Fernseher wohnbereich entweder liegst du im Bett oder sitzt auf den stühlen in der Küche. OG Wohnung fanden wir die Matratzen nicht gemütlich. Falls für Urlauber WLAN wichtig ist in dieser Ferienhaus/Villa kein guter Empfang. Gastgeber sehr zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen erholsamen schönen Urlaub DANKE AN DIE NETTEN GASTGEBER...

"Where do we begin? We had a late flight and arrived to the villa 12.30 am. We were met there by the owners Emil and his wife. They were very friendly and helpful showing us around (even at that late hour). They had even bought us some groceries to get started. The property was immaculate. "The house is really big, very well maintained, in a very quiet location, about 7 minutes drive to big shops like Kaufland, Lidl, etc. The communication with the hosts was very good, they were super responsive and helpful. A Christmas tree was set up in the house for us together with some small gifts and we were given some farewell gifts also. "Hosts were amazing and so quick to respond to any questions we had. House was exactly as described. Great location, close to Rovinj, Porec and Pula. There was 6 of staying? 5 adults and a 15 year old. Loved the pool area for morning coffee and swim before exploring different cities, as well as sun bathing during some days. Local store has all basic groceries and fruits. Highly recommending Tomassoz konoba close to the house. Amazing food and service at very good prices. We would definitely...

"Overall, the place is a little runner down and small but it gets the job done. It has such a beautiful view and easy access to the beach! Wouldn’t recommend it for children but for adults a great getaway! "

"The appartment was ok, clean and equipped with basics - no problem though. However, there is no point to pay extra money to stay in this camp - there is nothing special, pretty boring place (even in the evening). The beach is not worth to stay and we rather went to different much nicer surrounding beaches near Umag each day of our stay. I would not consider it next time at all. I know much nicer places in Istria."
