"A lovely house in the Istrian countryside. Close to supermarkets and restaurants and within easy reach of beaches and beautiful towns. The house is very well kept and organised with plenty of room. The pool and outdoor space is lovely and very private. Massimo is very friendly and helpful - we would definitely recommend!"

"Eda could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Her attention to detail and facilities are second to none. The setting is incredibly beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Ideal base for cycling or walking and not too far from all of the amazing sights, history and culture that Istria has to offer. A car is essential and drivers that are not fazed by the unmade road to the villa! We had a truly wonderful honeymoon and will be returning next year for our first anniversary to explore this...

"We had a fantastic time at Villa Sterna. The Villa was just as advertised and in a beautiful spot. The Villa was very spacious and the swimming pool and outside area was fab. "Quiet private setting with spectacular views. Definitely need a car when staying here. Great location for day trips to Croatia/Istrian coast .....relaxing setting...Motovun and Rovinj are must-see !!!!"

"Really beautifully renovated building. Modern kitchen/ bathrooms but nice thick stone walls too! Hosts were friendly, generous and always responded quickly to any questions. Centrally located so most sites we wanted to see were 30-45 min drive away from the house. Swings in the backyard were great for our kids!"

"The house is really big, very well maintained, in a very quiet location, about 7 minutes drive to big shops like Kaufland, Lidl, etc. The communication with the hosts was very good, they were super responsive and helpful. A Christmas tree was set up in the house for us together with some small gifts and we were given some farewell gifts also. "Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und hat hochwertige Geräte. Alles ist sehr neu und gut gepflegt. Man hat sich direkt angekommen gefühlt. Super Außenküche mit tollem Gasgrill. Alles hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Eismaschine und den Wasserspender inkl. Filter haben wir lieben gelernt 😁. Die Inhaber waren sehr nett und haben bei Fragen direkt geholfen. Wir würden, falls es erneut passt, sehr gerne erneut in dieser Wohnung unseren Urlaub verbringen."

"A fabulous villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay - home from home. Fully spoilt by the outdoor area, great to cook in, chill and enjoy the pool area. Plenty of shade and sunny spots to suit everyone. Games room and hot tub are a bonus and were enjoyed by all. I would definitely recommend this villa, the location is great enabling us to visit Pula, Fazenda, Rovinj, Porec and Meriden - all fabulous resorts in their own right. "Perfect location for exploring Istrian towns - located close to highway exit, with restaurants and groceries nearby. Home is beautifully furnished and maintained with attention to detail. Pool and outdoor recreation area perfect for relaxing and outdoor grilling equipment top notch. Beds very comfortable, baths well appointed, kitchen new with lux appliances. With 3 bedrooms plus attached studio, would easily accommodate a larger group. Would definitely stay again"

"Die Villa ist absolut ruhig, sehr gepflegt und für vier Personen ausreichend groß. Der saubere private Pool bietet Abkühlung, ist jedoch zum Schwimmen etwas klein, was aber auf den Bildern bereits erkennbar ist. Die Stadt Porec und Einkaufmöglichkeiten liegen keine 10 Autominuten entfernt. Service war perfekt! Ein wirklich erholsamer Urlaub..."

"Das Ferienhaus besticht durch seine wunderbare Lage,eine phantastische Terrasse mit Panoramablick,toller Garten mit Pool Bereich.Das Haus sehr grosszügig in der Zimmeraufteilung,jedoch leider auch sehr in die Jahre gekommen.Badezimmer gehören dringend renoviert ,ebenso die Fenster und Balken.Auch Sauberkeit in den Bädern hat sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen. In Summe gesehen hatten wir aber wunderschöne Ferientage und fühlten uns sehr wohl.Nette und bemühte Gastgeber!"
